Molly MacNeil

As the steward of legal and compliance at Safeguard Global, Molly plays a critical role in mitigating risk and fortifying the organization’s long-term resilience while managing its 150+ entities around the world. She also helps shape Safeguard’s strategic direction and is deeply involved in corporate development — translating big-picture priorities into actionable goals that advance the organization toward its mission.

Molly has cultivated a successful career leading corporate development, strategy, and management consulting efforts at organizations like CPA Global, Bulldog Solutions, and Kalypso. She has a degree in advertising and business administration from Texas State University, and she is a board member with Seedling Mentors. Her hobbies include fitness, hiking, skiing, golf, and traveling. Molly studied abroad in Spain and has visited roughly 20 countries. She loved seeing Japan and Switzerland, in particular. Molly is married and has a son.
