For each of his 17 years at the helm of Safeguard Global, Bjorn has led with passion, vision, and a steadfast dedication to Safeguard’s customers and employees. His leadership is rooted in a sharp understanding of global labor trends and the complex risks organizations face when expanding internationally. With a steady hand and forward-thinking mindset, he’s helped companies navigate change and seize growth opportunities with confidence.

Founder and CEO Bjorn Reynolds is the driving force behind Safeguard Global’s vision, strategy, and culture. Committed to the success of each and every client, Bjorn guides Safeguard with a watchful eye toward trends and developments that impact workforces globally.

Known internally as the Chief Guardian, Bjorn has been leading Safeguard’s nearly 1,000 employees with an emphasis on Safeguard values such as caring, integrity, and accountability. He has been recognized in Payroll World’s Top 50 and by Workforce magazine as a “Game Changer,” and he’s been nominated as EY’s “Entrepreneur of the Year.”

In his free time, Bjorn enjoys golf, personal fitness, and learning about mental health. He has traveled extensively — 39 countries and counting — and Mexico is his favorite destination for leisure. Bjorn has worked in the US, UK, Mexico, and Nigeria. A native of the UK, Bjorn is married with two daughters.
